Sakit!!!! :'(


I’ve been having headache lately. Memula I tot it was caused by the temperature Bumi yang makin mengganas nowadays as a result of global warming, tapi sebab aku dah tak larat sesangat plus kepala aku makin sakit dengar bebelan makluk2 Tuhan yang dok soh aku gi check up, so today I went lah to the doctor..

Basically the doctor told me that the headache, tiredness and nausea I’ve been having is a result of combination of slight dehydration (sebab panas la kot), sedikit malnourished (sebab makan xtentu masa), being a bit underweight (????) and being overwork (no comment hehe.. )

After much consultation, the doctor told me to drink plenty of water (wajibul-ghunnah katanya), get plenty of rest (memang xdapek la kan..) and to watch my eating – to makan ikut time but not to eat oily and goreng2 food.

Now, how on earth am I going to watch my eating if I was not allowed to eat those?

I mean, to live here in Malaysia, it is difficult to find anything yang tak melibatkan minyak2 or goreng2. Betul x? Aku tak makan 2 hari (from the nausea and vomiting) tu pun I’ve lost almost 2kg. Skang ni lagi la aku kurang makan sebab tak tau nak makan apa.

Yelah, most of the lauk pauk dah sah2 berminyak. If nak makan yang tak berminyak kena special order la kan. Aku ni pulak jenis yang kalau dah mengadap keje, memang dah takleh nak berenti dan takleh tunggu punya. So kalau nak kena berenti buat keje untuk makan, kena cepat la. Nak makan yang cepat dan mudah basically involves everything yang bergoreng (nasi goreng, mee goeing, ayam goreng..). Nak cari makan yang rebus2 stim2 ni memang lama la nak kena tunggu masak. Akak sebagai wanita (wanita kah..) yang berdedikasi terhadap kerjaya memang xhadap la nak menunggu2 ni. So apa je option yang aku ada? Nasi putih ngan kicap je la kot ngehehe..

So menu akak skang, untuk lunch ialah biskut-biskutan dan roti-rotian. Dinner lak roti naan je yang mampu memenuhi criteria buat masa ni. Mampos makin kurus kering kerempeng la aku camni…
